We are thankful to the Lord and the engineers for getting WHCB back on the air! Weather on Holston Mountain has been harsh with snow, ice and wind. That damaged the antenna and transmitter, and the feed line was blown off the top of the tower. The ice and snow prevented the engineers from climbing the tower for a number of days.
This was not a power or generator issue, but equipment and weather related. The good news is that the generators have arrived and will be installed as soon as possible! We need your prayers and support, as more repairs need to be made to the main transmitter and other equipment. Thank you for understanding.
